Nature of the reading

The Tarot readings offered by Sacerdotisa Nagô are reflective, symbolic and for self-knowledge. They can help the client observe situations, feelings, behaviours, possibilities and different perspectives on the moment they are living through.

The interpretations given during a reading are not diagnosis, treatment, therapy, prescription or professional advice in the medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or any other field that requires a qualified professional.

The Tarot does not determine future events, offers no guarantee of results and does not replace the assessment, guidance or decision of duly qualified professionals. The information and interpretations given are a complementary tool for reflection; the client remains responsible for their own choices and decisions.

In matters involving health, legal or financial questions or any other circumstance that calls for specialised guidance, please go directly to a qualified professional in that field.

Booking, payment and rescheduling

A booking is confirmed once the service and the time are chosen and, where applicable, payment is confirmed or made in advance, under the conditions stated at the time of booking.

Once confirmed, the time is reserved exclusively for the client. Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance, except in cases of force majeure or duly justified exceptional circumstances.

Lateness or absence without notice may prevent the reading from taking place and is subject to the specific conditions of the service booked.

Where the reading has already taken place or the service has been fully delivered, any cancellation or refund is considered according to the nature of the service, the conditions stated beforehand and the applicable law.

By booking and paying, the client declares that they are aware of the conditions of the chosen service.

For services contracted at a distance, including over the internet, the rights the applicable law grants consumers are respected, including, where it applies, the right to cancel within seven days set out in article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code. That right may be exercised through the contact channels Sacerdotisa Nagô provides, within the periods and under the conditions set by the applicable law.

Confidentiality

Sacerdotisa Nagô treats as confidential the information, accounts and content the client shares during a reading and uses them only for the purpose of the reading and the services booked.

Readings are not recorded by Sacerdotisa Nagô, except where there is a specific need and the client’s prior permission.

The client likewise must not record, reproduce, publish, share or disclose the content of the reading, including audio, video, images, messages or interpretations, without prior permission.

The duty of confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation, an order from a competent authority or the regular exercise of rights, under the applicable law.

Content of the site and the Instagram account

The texts, images, photographs, videos, graphic elements, visual identity and other content produced by Sacerdotisa Nagô are protected by the applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Reproducing, copying, adapting, distributing, publishing or commercially using that content, in whole or in part, without prior permission is not allowed.

Third-party content that may be used on the site or on social media remains subject to the rights of its authors and to the applicable terms of use or licences.
